About the Role
Key responsibilities include:

  • Operating and monitoring production machinery
  • Rotating through processing, packing, and cleaning tasks
  • Maintaining strict production safety and hygiene standards
  • Manual handling of raw materials and finished goods (up to 25kg)
  • Completing basic production records and checks
About You
You’ll also bring:
  • Proven experience in product management or a similar commercial role
  • Strong pricing, cost analysis, and supplier negotiation capability
  • Sound people and organisational change management experience
  • Proven ability to manage product launches and go-to-market strategies
  • A pragmatic, solution-focused approach to managing complexity and change
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage and align stakeholders
